RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN KARYAWAN TERBAIK DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) PADA RUMAH MAKAN CIGANEA PUSAT
Abstract
Abstrak: Rancang Bangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Karyawan Terbaik Dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Pada Rumah Makan Ciganea Pusat. Pada penelitian ini membedah tentang pemilihan karyawan terbaik yang ada di Rumah Makan Ciganea Pusat yang letaknya di Purwakarta, menggunakan rancang bangun SPK dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Agar kinerja karyawan bertambah, pemilik karyawan memerlukan system pemilihan karyawan terbaik, dimana sebelumnya proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik dilakukan secara mandiri oleh pemilik. Beberapa masalah ditemukan yaitu untuk pemilihan karyawan terbaik belum terdapatnya metode yang akurat, sebelumnya juga belum ada aplikasi SPK untuk memudahkan penilaian karyawan terbaik. Metode AHP dapat memberikan nilai bobot kriteria dan prioritas alternatif dengan rasional dalam memilih karyawan terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan, antara lain kerajinan, tanggung jawab, kerapian kerja, dan pelayanan. Pemberian bonus bagi karyawan terbaik adalah kebijakan dari pemilik agar karyawan semakin termotivasi dalam bekerja. Aplikasi SPK berbasis web yang menggunakan metode AHP ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penilaian yang lebih objektif dan rasional setiap bulannya dan juga menghasilkan laporan berisi informasi yang efisien, yaitu laporan rangking dan laporan pemilihan karyawan terbaik.

Abstract: Design and Build a Decision Support System for the Selection of the Best Employees Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method at the Central Ciganea Restaurant. This study examines the selection of the best employees at the Central Ciganea Restaurant located in Purwakarta, using the SPK design using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In order to increase employee performance, employee owners need a system for selecting the best employees, where previously the process for selecting the best employees was carried out independently by the owner. Several problems were found, namely for the selection of the best employees there was no accurate method, previously there was no SPK application to facilitate the assessment of the best employees. The AHP method can provide a rational value for weighting criteria and alternative priorities in selecting the best employees based on predetermined criteria, including work craft, responsibility, work neatness, and service. Giving bonuses to the best employees is the owner's policy so that employees are more motivated to work. This web-based DSS application that uses the AHP method aims to provide a more objective and rational assessment every month and also produces reports containing efficient information, namely ranking reports, and best employee selection reports.
